• We have reduced capacity at our holiday clubs and we plan to run each day with a maximum of 12 children provided we are operating in line with government guidelines. If Public Health England’s guidance changes we will keep you updated on any impact to the club.

• The event will run provided it can do so in a safe environment. Hand washing, thorough equipment cleaning, and staggered lunches will be organised.

• Access to the toilet block will be continually available as previously.

• It is unlikely that we will be able to offer certain activities such as den building, and some activities may be changed at short notice. We appreciate your patience on this.

• If we have to cancel due to new government guidelines, you will be offered a full refund. Please check our terms and conditions at https://bookwhen.com/thefreshairclub/page/refund_policy regarding our transfer/cancellation/refund timescales for other reasons.

• You will receive full instructions about the drop off and collection of your child. When dropping off your child, please be mindful of social distancing with other parents.

• Butcher’s Coppice Activity Centre has implemented strict drop and collection times for the safety of all. Drop off is between 9 – 9.15am and pick up is between 3 – 3.15pm on the grass underneath the flag just past reception.

• Public Health England does not recommend the use of face coverings when children are participating during out-of-school provisions/activities, however please keep your distance from other families and be mindful of social distancing and the rule-of-six.

• Please do not bring your child to the club if they are showing any symptoms of Covid 19. These include but are not limited to: headache, temperature, sore throat and loss of taste or smell.
